Andres Ramirez is the son of immigrant parents. He grew up watching his parents save for homeownership. Seeing his family's smiles when they bought their first homemade him engaged to urban growth, housing accessibility, and supporting families in finding & securing their dream homes.
As the children of a newcomer, Andres, and his sister understood first-hand the struggles that came with homeownership. From an early age, it was instilled in their family values that their mother came to Canada to give them a better life opportunity. That it was their human responsibility to give back to her and their community. This passion and determination are at the core of Andres’ work. As a Seneca College Alumni (Pre-Service Firefighter) & community leader, Andres has always been committed to giving back and serving his community. As a Real Estate Agent, Andres is dedicated to understanding client’s needs, educating them on the market, representing and supporting them every step of the way.
After graduating and purchasing their first family home, Andres felt firsthand, how rewarding & empowering it was to support someone as they found and secured their dream home. Immediately after, Andres registered at OREA College, where he graduated for the second time - this time specializing in modern renovations and the landscaping industry. Different kinds of life experience, knowledge, passion and determination make Andres the right candidate to help with the purchase of your new home. Currently, Andres serves and supports clients as a representative of INTERNATIONAL REALTY FIRM, INC., BROKERAGE. He covers the GTA, specifically in the Vaughan region. He recently expanded to new real estate ventures in Panama.
