Andres Ramirez is the son of immigrant parents and grew up watching his family work and save toward the goal of homeownership. Seeing the pride and relief on his parents’ faces when they purchased their first home shaped his early interest in urban growth, housing accessibility, and helping families secure a place they can truly call their own.

As the child of newcomers, Andres and his sister experienced firsthand the challenges that come with navigating the housing system. From a young age, his family instilled the belief that his mother came to Canada to create better opportunities, and that giving back to her and to the community was both a responsibility and a privilege. That mindset continues to guide Andres’ work today.

A Seneca College alumnus in the Pre-Service Firefighter program and a dedicated community leader, Andres has always been driven by service. As a real estate agent, he focuses on understanding his clients’ needs, educating them on the market, and representing their interests with clarity and care at every stage of the process.

After helping his family purchase their first home, Andres experienced firsthand how rewarding and empowering real estate can be. He went on to graduate from OREA College, expanding his expertise with a focus on modern renovations and landscaping. This combination of personal experience, technical knowledge, and genuine passion allows him to guide clients confidently through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Today, Andres serves clients as a representative of REAL Broker Ontario Ltd., covering the Greater Toronto Area with a strong focus on Vaughan. He has also expanded into international real estate ventures across Latin America through SolProperties.com, supporting clients interested in vacation homes, investment properties, and relocation opportunities.

Beyond real estate, Andres is a respected leader within the Latin community. He actively supports charitable initiatives with the United Way, music festivals, and local Latin events and fundraisers. Deeply committed to mentorship and education, he works to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders.

Most recently, Andres launched the Latin American Trade Association of Canada (LATAC), an organization dedicated to strengthening trade and economic ties between Canada and Latin America. As its first major initiative, LATAC is organizing a trade mission to the Dominican Republic in November 2025, focused on building partnerships, exploring investment opportunities, and creating long-term business connections between both regions.
